Registry

After clearing all the dues against the allotted property, the registry process may be done. At the time of registry following dues are to be deposited

• Free Hold Charges @12% of Land Value
• Water and Sewage charges
  Rs 1000 for EWS/Site Service
  Rs 3000 for Others
• Miscellaneous Expenses Rs 500

For registry the stamp papers should be in the name of Prabhari Adhikari Sampatti c/o applicant name. The Value of stamp paper should be 10% of the deposited amount against property.
